13 Weeks of Supportive Service

To get in sync with each other, and lay a solid foundation for the program, we will talk once a week for the first three weeks.
In weeks 2 and 3, you will receive your first set of Kitchen Notes.

In week four we will have our first private cooking class.

In this section, we switch to an every other week call schedule. This is to foster sustainability in your cooking practice.
In weeks 5 and 7 you will receive detailed Kitchen Notes to inspire your cooking.

In week 8 we will have our second cooking class.

I can help you unpack the way food and gender socialization have influenced your diet. My studies have mainly focused on female experiences, but I am open to working with men as well as folks outside the gender binary.

Those that live with a restrictive diet and/or a chronic health condition!
I can help you make systems that work for your body. Both of my parents have disabilities and loving them has taught me so much about how inaccessible most of our world can be. If we function differently, I am open to working with you.
